Thanks man! I'm just now listening to the significantly different Love Comes In Spurts with the Neon Boys. Seems like Hell changed the verse when he played with the Heartbreakers. That later changed into One Track Mind with the Heartbreakers while Hell took it and created the wild no-wavy version on Voivods debut album.
