Came across this 33 rpm 7" today by a group called Rational Herdsmen...from 1985. It's pretty decent pop-punk, and it seems the drummer wishes he was in another band...but it's pretty good stuff.
But, I can't find any info on these guys. It's Morgue Method Records # 02. Has 6 tracks on it. Anybody know who these guys were? Most importantly (since I'm trying to price it for my store) any idea on what it's worth?
It looks very DIY...black and white photo copied sleeve, with lyrics on the inside as you fold it out. They are possibly Californian?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

A quick search indicates there was a band with this name in Richmond, Virgina in the 80s/90s. www.wrl.org/news/libraryfest.htmlFurther searching on the name and Richmond or Virginia found a few trace mentions that helped verify this, but provided no substantive info about the band or record.

We (Rational Herdsmen) were from Harrisonburg, Virginia, where we were students at JMU. There was one other release on Morgue Method from a band called The Undecided. The Rational Herdsmen release was recorded at Inner Ear Studios by Don Zientara, where many DC bands, like Minor Threat and the Slickee Boys, recorded. There were only about 500 copies that were made.
