Your perspective is of course British so I'm not sure if US bands are what you're looking for, but Red Kross comes to mind, I think they were all about 14, it was later though, circa '79 or '80... There first stuff is fantastic though, pre Born Innocent...

The first edition of the Trouser Press New Wave Record Guide has an entry for a Dutch band called Panic, who put out an LP in 1978 entitled Thirteen which was apparently an age reference.

Epicycle, out of Chicago, they were about 15-16 when they did their three 7" EPs, and 17 when they did their first LP. They were in my year at school.

One last image to prove their teen-ness.... There was also a great band of 13-16 year olds in Iowa in the early 80s called Soviet Dissonance (which let's face it, was an all time great band name). They didn't make any records, but I've got some live MP3s.

Mad Society was a young band in the early LA punk scene, I'm pretty sure the singer was in the 10-12 year old range:

is that not a sixties punk band Not according to the calendar. They were more 60s influenced; I think just one of the guys was into 70s punk so only a few of the tunes came out that way. Hope you got the one I emailed. See what I can do.
