The Merge label did a nice 2 CD compilation a few years back. Well worth picking up on.
I quite like a lot of the bands connected to the Flying Nun label. The Chills and Able Tasmans come most readily to mind.

I've only heard two songs from The Clean. Are they all as good as "Tally Ho"?
That vid seems like a descendant of the old Hard Day Night/Monkees type thing. I'm a sucker for that for some reason. I wonder how many other vids like that there are. The Nazz "Open My Eyes" and The Gruesomes "Hey" come to mind..

Apparently The Johnny's do a cover of Anything Could Happen by the clean on their 2nd album... But i only have their first.
