Detroits Death politicians in my eye from 74 and totally punk.....no MC5 or Stooges mentioned(maybe too obvious but they deserve therir dues!!).....i think the stooges are the ultimate "punk" band but not really in a 77 way..... Its Shocking What They Call Me by The Game.....sound pretty 77 at least riff wise... Helter Skelter - I Need You. there is just tons of 60's/70s freakbeat psych which is totally punk..... Even stuff like trouble coming every day is punk!!!

I dunno guys, the earliest song that REALLY sounds like it could be from '77 or later is the Stooges "I Gotta Right" (recorded in '72). All the 60s songs you're listing just sounds like wild 60s stuff.
Some Pre-76 examples:
