They are going after podcasters with lawsuits!? Man, do you know what a friggin police state your great democraty is turning into? I suppose that pudcasting is like operating a pirate radio station. The broadcaster is supposed to pay a royalty for every record they play. Obviously, none of them do that. Y'know why? FUCK 'EM ALL!!!!!!!!!!!That's why.

So they are going after the ones with lawsuits because they are more likely to commit crimes again? Pssht.
I say: free access to information media - free the technology from the greed creeps! Total assault on the culture by any means necessary, including rock ānā roll, dope and fucking in the streets. Free food, clothes, housing, dope, music, bodies, medical care - everything free for everybody!

this is the reason why i never did playlists. now it turns out they are suing people based on keyword searches, well, i dont ever list the songs i play and the odds of someone sitting there listening to every episode i do all the way through are miniscule. if i want to keep doing podcast episodes i will and i have always had the pirate mentality about it. i dont think things should be free, but i do think people are taught by society in this country to be consumers and not to produce anything for ourselves. thats why i always do shit for myself, which in itself is subversive here. i plant my own food and cook my own food and try to be as self sustaining as possible. i have lots of tools and try to learn skills and adapt to the changing world around me. i brew my own beer, i should really brew more of it. that is not what mainstream media in this country teaches, however. its not what the schools teach. all they do is create conformist consumers. it makes me sick.

i live off the grid. i have worked less than a year total of my adult life, officially. i dont exist the way most people do. i have never had a credit card or checking account. i live on the outskirts of life.

Pudcasts should be seen as free advertising for the bands and labels, it's not as if you're making money out of it. I'm sure most people don't give a fuck, just as with my bootleg CDs -- it's the one per cent of cocksuckers like Prellberg who make it hard.
(Make it hard, get it?)
