Wing is a very delicate little flower.

Yeah, Wing is funny to listen, but where's the humour? Zero of humour, as I believe she's is doing everything 100% seriously in her mind.
For similar acts, Anton Maiden kicks ass too. You can't get wrong with some nerdy teenager from Sweden seriously, honestly and completely off key singing ridiculous heavy metal lyrics over MIDI keyboard. Poor guy killed himself because of depression...

I perfectly understand that. I'll put the question other way - does finding the singing of Wing funny equals having great sense of humour?

I perfectly understand that. I'll put the question other way - does finding the singing of Wing funny equals having great sense of humour? Could you put it in English? Sorry, only joking -- my sense of humour is great. As for Wing, it's a little bit funny at first but wears off very quickly. She's a one-joke act: 'Asian immigrant with poor English skills and no sense of pitch, rhythm or timing, thinks she's good at singing western pop songs karaoke-style.' That's the joke. Funny for a minute, then just stupid. The South Park episode about her was highly amusing. The fact that there actually IS such a person just made it funnier. A bit.

yeah the south park episode was funny and her website provided additional laughs, but the joke wore off quickly. however, she doesnt seem to have a great sense of humor and its not rock n roll, so it doesnt belong in this thread.
my vote goes to angry samoans.

Humor and R&R don't always mix well. On the other hand, being overly serious is what fucked it up in 1968.
Still, there's a lot of humor in 70s punk, much of it probably unintentional.

Early TRBNGR/Turboneger/Turbonegro had a GREAT sense of humour! Unfortunately now they suck hard.

Fuck that. Here's a cooler video of Denim Demon, plus an interview with Hank von Helvete and Pål Pot Pamparius. Funny shit.
